In mental healthcare, timely access to treatment is under pressure. Reasons for this include: lack of alignment between required treatment and available resources within organizations; imbalance between standardization and personalization of treatment pathways; imprecise decision making during the diagnostic phase.

There is a need for an approach that enables improved alignment between treatment needs and capacity: Integral Capacity Management.

In this WP we aim to develop algorithms, a decision support system (DSS), and support for adaptation of such solutions in mental healthcare that allow for planning of both standardized as well as personalized treatment pathways making optimal use of available resources.
